Yesterday, I shot my first wedding of 2010: Jason and Jess.  Funnel and I know Jason and Jess because we go to the same home church (sorta like a small group), and I had the pleasure of shooting Jason and Jess’s engagment session over at OSU, last fall. 

This past week, I was praying specifically for two things for Saturday:  1) that the weather would be nice, and 2) that I wouldn’t get the stomach flu that has been going around my workplace.  Thankfully we had fabulous weather and I did not get sick!

The wedding was wonderful and I loved so many things about their day: their fun color scheme (lime green and purple), all of Jess’s beautiful decorations and details that I know she put a lot of time into, their vows which they wrote themselves and got a bit teary reciting, their first dance song – U2’s cover of “Unchained Melody” … and many more.
