mint oreo truffles
Tonight after work, I made bakerella’s mint oreo truffles. Mine don’t look as festive as her’s, but they are pretty delicious!
They’re made from crushed double stuff mint oreos, mixed with cream cheese, all balled up and then dipped into chocolate.

I wanted to try some new goodies at Christmas time, and I tried these. They were not the easiest to make. The Oreo goodness was sticky and hard to get into the dipping chocolate (and out of it too). I did put them in the freezer for a few minutes and that seemed to help some. Although they didn’t look very pleasant they were REALLY delicious, and disappeared when I took them to a family gathering.
