<description>Well we have very similar taste - my dream home is first and foremost one that is earth covered, with the victorian style such as those in cape may coming in a close, close second.

I was just in Cape May and was curious about real estate and found a VACANT lot on about 1/4 acre. The price? 3.8 million. Insane! The seller told me what typically happens is a bunch of rich New Yorkers will come and bid on the lot and the price will typically go up about another million to a million 1/2. Talk about a great return on an investment!

The folks who live in those houses along beach avenue (i think thats the name) are so rich they don&#039;t even know what to do with all their money, but you are definately right that those types of homes could be built elsewhere for much cheaper.

If my dream home built into a grassy hillside never comes into fruition, perhaps i&#039;ll go take a few photos of Cape May, throw them in front of an architect, and say &quot;Do your magic, but keep it realistic&quot;, hehehe.

Anyways, just looking at the &#039;net for some Cape May photos and found this blog - awesome!

Take care
