CM: the pink house.
I am going to try to post all of our Cape May photos in the next week.
Funnel and I had major problems with our digital SLR on the trip (a camera malfunctioning on a trip is horrible for someone really into photography, so I was really bummed) and basically, we probably need to buy a whole new lens. It was stuck on a really low apeture, so whenever we looked through the lens, everything was dark. Also, it wouldn’t auto-focus, and trying to manually focus when everything is dark is pretty tricky. Funnel did really well with the camera, and I used our little Fugi a lot. This gives us an excuse to buy a better lens, which we’ve been wanting to get for a while.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy our photos, despite our troubles!

I loved the house we rented in Cape May. It had a porch that was great for reading in the mornings. Our bedroom was really big. It was the perfect distance to everything — a short walk to the beach or bike ride to the lighthouse. But I mostly liked it because it was pink.

Oh, and we had a neighbor named “Lunchbox.”
