Massillon.
In a couple of days, I will be moving back to Massillon.
Massillon is not as bad as I usually make it sound.
In fact, I kind of like Massillon. Sometimes.
I like it because I can bike for miles and miles and miles without stopping for intersections.
I like the summer music concerts downtown, where I can count all of the mullets and the missing teeth and the motorcyles.
I like our church.
I like going for walks with my mom and dad at Jackson Park in the evenings and seeing all of the little kids playing soccer and baseball.
I like sitting at the counter at Heggy’s, eating a hot fudge sundae with salted pecans and watching people buy bags of nuts.
But I like Columbus too.
And I can’t wait until everything is settled.
And we both have jobs.
And we don’t have to say goodbye anymore.
And we both can be at the same place, at the same time.
Permanently.

Saw your comment on wedding bee, just wanted to stop by and say hi! Massillion sounds like my neighborhood (toothless count ‘n all) minus the face piercings
